With over 21 years of honorable service in the United States Army, Quentin built a career centered on leadership, mentorship, training, and empowering others to perform at their highest potential.

Throughout his military career, he served in a variety of leadership roles, including instructor, course manager, platoon sergeant, resilience coordinator, family support coordinator, and transition specialist. His experience leading diverse teams and developing future leaders has equipped him with a unique ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and inspire meaningful growth.

As the host of Intercourse with Q and creator of The Morning Download with Q, Quentin uses storytelling, candid conversations, and life lessons to inspire audiences to think differently, grow intentionally, and take action. His message is simple yet powerful: success is not determined by where you start, but by your willingness to keep moving forward when challenges arise.
